If you are unfortunate enough to sustain damage to your vehicle, we can take care of the entire claim and process for you.
FAULT CLAIMS
If you have to make a claim on your car insurance policy Welspray can help you to get your car back on the road as quickly as possible. One call to us with your claim number and we will do the rest for you.
If your car is still roadworthy a member of our team will come out to your home or place of work to estimate the damage to your car.
Our computerised estimating system is approved by all UK insurance companies and has a direct link to them. Using this system and by sending images of the
damage we can quickly obtain authority to repair your car.
Arrangements can be made to collect your car and supply you with a courtesy car whilst we repair your vehicle. Once repaired, your car will be delivered back to you fully cleaned inside and out.
If as a result of an accident, your car is un roadworthy, Welspray will recover your car straight away and supply you with a courtesy car (does not include total losses).
NON FAULT CLAIMS
If you have been involved in an accident that was not your fault, we will deal directly with the 3rd party insurance company on your behalf. Together with our accident management partner we will supply you with a like for like replacement car, obtain the repair authority directly from the 3rd party insurer and assist you in claiming back any uninsured losses. All this without even involving your own insurers, keeping your claim history clean and not jeopardizing your no claims bonus.
